Unless otherwise stated, copyright and all intellectual property rights in all material presented on the site (including but not limited to text, audio, video or graphical images), trademarks and logos appearing on this site are the property of DAMOH'S, its affiliates and associates and are protected under applicable Indian laws. The Company shall not be responsible and / or liable for any damages caused to the Client due to reasons beyond the control of the Company (Force Majeure / Vis Majeure).

If the service or any part thereof cannot be completed due to Force Majeure or Vis Majeure, the Company shall not be responsible to give any refund to the Client.

It is clearly understood that there shall be no refund whatsoever if the Client does not or cannot utilize any of the services due to any reason whatsoever within the stipulated time frame.

Law prevalent in India is applicable and as a part of the cause of action arises in Mumbai and the Company has its Registered Office in Mumbai, it is agreed between the parties that in the event of a dispute or difference between the parties the exclusive jurisdiction shall vest in court / forum / tribunal in Mumbai alone having jurisdiction to decide the matter.​​

Loyalty Program | Terms & Conditions​

  • The Loyalty Program comes into effect from 14th June 2023, hence, unfortunately, we will be unable to reward you for any of your events and transactions with us before this date.

  • The reward can be earned in the following ways:

    • Sign up to the website​

    • Purchase a product

    • Buy a clinical or salon treatment package

    • Book appointments in advance

    • Honour your appointments

    • Follow us on Instagram and FaceBook - share the screenshot with us on to get your Loyalty Points

    • Give us a 5 Star Google Review - share the screenshot with us on to get your Loyalty Points

    • Refer a Friend - the friend gets discount coupon to make a purchase and you earn Loyalty Points

  • Eligibility: 1.1 The DAMOH'S | Loyalty Program (hereinafter referred to as "the Program") offered by DAMOH Wellness Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company" or "DAMOH'S") is open to individuals aged 18 years or above who reside in India. 1.2 Participation in the Program is free and voluntary. 1.3 Employees, affiliates, and partners of DAMOH'S are eligible to participate in the Program, subject to any additional restrictions specified by the company.

  • Enrollment: 2.1 Individuals can enroll in the Program by completing the registration process through our official website, mobile application, or in-store sign-up form. 2.2 Participants must provide accurate and up-to-date information during enrollment, including their full name, contact details, and any other required information. 2.3 DAMOH'S reserves the right to refuse or terminate enrollment in the Program at its discretion.

  • Earning Loyalty Points: 3.1 Participants can earn loyalty points ("Points") by making eligible purchases at DAMOH'S participating locations, online store, or authorized partners. 3.2 Points are awarded based on the total purchase amount, exclusive of taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and returns. 3.3 DAMOH'S may offer bonus points on select purchases, promotional events, or as part of special campaigns. The terms and conditions of these bonus point offers will be communicated separately. 3.4 Points will be credited to the participant's account within a reasonable time after the eligible purchase is made. 3.5 Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Redemption of Points: 4.1 Accumulated Points can be redeemed for rewards offered by the company at the redemption rates determined by the company. The available rewards may include but are not limited to discounts, vouchers, exclusive merchandise, or access to special events. 4.2 Participants can view their Points balance and available rewards on their account page or by contacting DAMOH'S customer service. 4.3 Points can only be redeemed by the participant whose name is associated with the loyalty account. 4.4 The company reserves the right to modify or withdraw the available rewards and redemption rates at any time without prior notice. 4.5 The loyalty points will have expiry date i.e. 25% of your loyalty points will expire after 3 months if there is no activity in your account.

  • Account Management: 5.1 Participants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including their username and password. 5.2 Participants must promptly notify the company of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of their loyalty account. 5.3 The company is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to a participant's account.

  • Program Changes and Termination: 6.1 The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice. 6.2 In the event of Program termination, participants will be given reasonable notice to redeem their accumulated Points, after which any remaining Points will be forfeited.

  • Limitation of Liability: 7.1 The company shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the Program, including but not limited to the use or misuse of rewards. 7.2 The company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Program and any rewards offered, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

  • Governing Law: 8.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mumbai, India. 8.2 Any disputes arising from the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, India.​

Wallet | Terms & Conditions

  1. The DAMOH’S Wallet is one of its kind offering to avail all our products and services with ease.

  2. The wallet is available only for the Club Members.

  3. Every recharge in the wallet will be called as credits and as per the slabs defined will also be eligible for bonus credits. The recharge can be done as per the denominations available.

  4. The recharge can be done in the following denominations:

    1. Rs.10000, Rs.20000 - 5% Bonus Credits

    2. Rs.30000, Rs.40000, Rs.50000 - 10% Bonus Credits

    3. Rs.100000 - 15% Bonus Credits

  5. The recharge has to be paid at once by Cash, Credit Card, UPI.

    1. Bajaj Finance funding cannot be used here.

  6. The credits can be used by anybody ONLY after the approval on the client portal.

  7. The wallet credits can be used for any of our Salon and Clinical Treatments. These credits cannot be used to purchase the retail products available at our centers or the website.

  8. The member can login to the client portal to check the complete history of his/her credits and billing with DAMOH’S.

  9. The Club Benefits are only valid for active Club Members. You will have to renew Club Membership from time to time. However, you can continue using your wallet credits after expiry of Club Membership at Non-Member Rates.

  10. The client will not earn wallet credits in case he/she avails any sort of EMI schemes with DAMOH’S or its partners/affiliates.

  11. The Complimentary Slab Offers will not be applied on purchasing the wallet credits. They will be applied only on billing with us for products or services. The Complimentary Slab Offers can be given only to the active Club Members.

  12. The Complimentary Slab Offers are exclusive only to the Club Members and are not transferable. They will expire as per their dates.

  13. Membership Fees cannot be paid through Wallet Credits. They need to be purchased by paying through Cash, Credit Card or on our Website every year.

  14. The wallet credits cannot be used for certain Deep Discount Offers which will be notified against the respective service.

  15. The wallet credits offered include the Goods & Services Tax.

  16. The credits cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances. They do not have any expiry term, hence, you can use them whenever you want.

  17. The member cannot claim any interest on the unutilised credits with us. These are non-interest bearing perpetual credits available for your use at any of the DAMOH’S centers.

  18. The credits cannot be transferred or refunded to any third person's account with DAMOH’S in the event of members death. We will need a death certificate and other legal documents which will be informed at the time of such an event and a declaration from the new beneficiary to continue using the unused wallet credits. The pending Complimentary Slab Offers; if any, can be used by the new beneficiary. Please note, the name on the wallet in our records will continue in the name of the original member and will be flagged as Deceased.​​
